Our PPF Application Process
Though often called "film coating" by drivers, this service uses Paint Protection Film (PPF) - a clear, virtually invisible urethane film that’s applied to your car’s painted surfaces. We use only professional-grade products and tools. All our packages are available with gloss or matte PPF finishes.
Step 1: Surface Prep & Decontamination
We start with a full wash and iron removal to clear away road film, then use a clay bar to eliminate embedded contaminants for a smooth application surface.
Step 2: Paint Inspection & Minor Correction
If needed, we perform minor polishing to correct light imperfections before applying the film - ensuring the best possible visual clarity under the film.
Step 3: Precision Film Cutting
Using software-based templates or custom hand-cutting techniques, we shape the film perfectly to your vehicle’s body panels, curves, and edges.
Step 4: Bubble-Free Installation
The film is carefully laid down using a slip solution, stretched, and squeegeed for a seamless, bubble-free fit. We wrap edges where possible for a clean, hidden look.
Step 5: Final Curing & Quality Check
Once applied, the film is left to settle and cure. We inspect every inch to ensure it’s perfectly bonded with no lifted edges, bubbles, or imperfections.
Step 6: Post-Cure Edge Sealing & Maintenance Guidance
We seal vulnerable edges and corners to prevent premature lifting. You’ll also receive care instructions and maintenance tips to ensure long-term performance and a flawless finish.
