Our Ceramic Coating Process
Ceramic coating is a liquid nano-coating that chemically bonds with your car’s clear coat.We take the time to do it right - from surface preparation to final curing. Here's how we protect your car.
Step 1: Deep Wash & Paint Decontamination
We begin with a two-bucket hand wash and use iron remover and clay bar treatment to strip embedded contaminants and ensure a smooth surface.
Step 2: Paint Correction (If Needed)
Before applying ceramic coating, we correct swirls, haze, or oxidation using machine polishers and compounds. This step ensures your coating locks in a perfect finish.
Step 3: Surface Prep Wipe
We remove all oils and polish residue with a panel prep solution to ensure the ceramic coating bonds properly.
Step 4: Coating Application
We hand-apply a professional-grade ceramic coating in even layers, panel by panel, using microfiber applicators. Each section is leveled and inspected before moving to the next.
Step 5: Curing & Final Inspection
After application, we allow time for proper bonding and curing. We inspect the vehicle under lights to ensure full coverage and an even, streak-free finish
Step 6: Exterior Wash
A gentle exterior wash is performed to remove any residue or high spots left on the surface. This final wash ensures the coating bonds evenly and leaves the vehicle with a flawless, glossy finish.
