Step 1: Damage Assessment

Step 2: Straightening Bent Rims
If your wheel is warped or bent we use hydraulic rim straightening equipment to restore its round shape and proper alignment
Step 3: Crack Repair and Welding
We perform professional TIG welding to close and seal the damage. After welding, we grind and smooth the area to match the original rim contour and finish.
Step 4: Curb Rash Removal and Surface Prep
We sand out scuffs and curb damage from the wheel’s surface and edge. Then we prep the rim for refinishing by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary filler where needed.
Step 5: Cosmetic Refinishing and Repainting
Your wheel is repainted or refinished using high-quality materials. We can match the original factory color or apply a custom color of your choice.
Step 6: Final Balancing and Quality Check
We mount and balance the wheel to ensure smooth, safe performance. Every wheel is inspected before it goes back on your vehicle.
